Domain registration and renewal fees are separate. Business email and profile/listing setup can be quoted before work begins.

Optional Managed Care

Unused requests do not roll over. New pages, layout changes, features, or substantial design/development work are quoted separately. Post-launch edits are not included unless covered by a care plan or separate quote.
Hosting after your first year
$250/year to renew hosting. Managed Care is optional and does not replace the annual hosting renewal.
Need something more?
Apps, portals, accounts, memberships, e-commerce, advanced booking, payment systems, integrations, and large migrations are custom projects. We’ll quote the scope before that work begins.
Logo design, full branding, copywriting from scratch, ongoing SEO, social media management, and on-site tech support are not included. Your proposal confirms the exact scope.
From first conversation to live website.
Target delivery: 7–14 business days after we receive all required content, initial approvals, and account access. The timeline pauses while we wait for materials, feedback, or approvals.

Agree & get started
We confirm the pages and scope. Your first $500 reserves the project and starts the work; it is non-refundable once work begins, subject to applicable law.

Review it together
Two revision rounds are included. Each round is one consolidated list of changes submitted together. Extra rounds or scope changes are quoted separately.
- 03
Pay the balance & launch
The final $500 is due after the agreed build is complete and before launch. We check desktop and mobile, connect the domain, and begin your included year of hosting.
What we’ll need from you
Your business and contact details, services, service area, photos, social links, any existing logo, required legal/policy text, and relevant domain/account access. Please choose one person to approve the project. We can organize and lightly polish supplied content; writing it from scratch is custom scope.
